The intensives are in-home intensive support program tailored to the patient's needs, whether as a step down from a higher level of care, a move toward greater independence, or a period requiring focused clinical support. This is structured as a focused clinical intervention (mental health and/or addiction), not a passive companionship arrangement.

The goal is not simply to supervise the transition, but to actively coach and reinforce the routines, coping tools, and competencies needed to sustain progress once daily support is no longer present.

Includes:

Mental Health Support:

• Intensive individual therapy delivered through a blend of evidence-based and humanistic approaches, tailored to the patient's needs. From 2 to 6 hours per day.

• Daily one-on-one check-ins to monitor mood, coping, and early warning signs.

• Reinforcement of existing treatment/relapse-prevention plans, coping strategies, and grounding techniques.

• Family integration in the treatment process, including guidance for family members on how to best support the patient's progress.

• Crisis de-escalation and safety planning, on-call throughout the engagement.

Addiction & Recovery Support:

• Reinforcement of the patient's existing relapse-prevention plan and sobriety-focused coping tools.

• Support attending or coordinating sober support meetings (AA/NA, SMART, etc.), in person or virtual.

• Guidance on identifying and navigating high-risk situations, substances, and peer influences.

• Ongoing monitoring of engagement with recovery, including honest check-ins about cravings, triggers, and motivation.

Investment

$2,000 per day

Includes up to 6 clinical hours of intensive, one-on-one support, with 24-hour on-call availability.

Additional clinical hours beyond the daily allotment: $300/hour

A minimum of two days is required to book an intensive.

Travel, lodging, and expenses are billed separately and itemized with receipts
